BMS Engineer (2–4 Years’ Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled BMS Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in Building Management System (BMS) projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in client coordination, vendor management, commissioning, and maintenance of EasyIO, Niagara, and other popular systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and support client meetings, providing technical input and solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform installation, configuration, commissioning, and integration of BMS systems.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Carry out testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of controllers such as EasyIO and Niagara.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance submissions.
  • Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in BMS project execution and support.
  • Practical knowledge of EasyIO controllers and Niagara Framework is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in HVAC systems integration will be an added advantage.
  • Valid driving licence preferred.
